Hi, Well it's been another long day here. My husband was in the hospital again this week.
It is sun shining out now it looks like a fall day here. The leaves are turning.
It is getting darker out side earlier in the evenings too!.
The older you get the time surely fly's by quicker.

I thought maybe this year would be better for him in his health but I surely was wrong. I wish I could blink every thing that is wrong with him away.

hot cooking in the micro wave oven

Hi, it is been really hot and humid the last week. I been cooking in the crock pot and learning to cook in the micro wave oven. I put two ears off corn in it and dampened a paper towel and nuked it for 5 minutes not bad I still prefer it boiled.
I bought some of the pre - fried bacon for BLT's it is okay just reheat it in the micro wave oven.

I usually cook everything on the stove or in the oven but I'm not heating up the kitchen for anything. We do have air too!

We are suppose to have severe weather tonight and tomorrow wind, lightning and rain.
It might cool it down.
The lake will have water spouts on it.
